Our Impact

Community

• ECOROSES has carried out several activities with the community, such as: computer equipment donations to local rural schools, maintenance, and improvement of infrastructure for community schools, provision of children’s games, books, and didactic materials for nurseries, supplying of playing grounds for children among others.

 

• Every year since 2013, we also recognize the effort and dedication of the little ones of the ECOROSES family members, with our “Bright Minds” program. We recognize and reward academic efforts with a diploma, backpacks, school supplies and technology equipment in a special ceremony at the farm.

• The breeding and use of beneficial mites for natural disease control
• In-house production of organic compost to improve soil health
• Rainwater harvesting and reuse through e cient irrigation systems

We are proud to embrace circular economy principles as part of our environmental responsibility. One of our most impactful initiatives is
Eco-Chicken, a project that transforms food scraps— into high-quality feed for free-range chickens. These chickens, in turn, provide fresh,
organic eggs that nourish our employees, while their waste enriches the soil where our roses grow. This closed-loop system minimizes waste,
recycles valuable resources, and directly benefits both people and the planet.
